Grout Sealer

Once we clean your tile and grout, we recommend to apply grout sealer.  We guarantee nothing will stain your grout.  We have been using the same grout sealer for over 16 yrs.

Failed Grout Colorant

Grout colorant/ color sealer fails frequently in areas that get wet.  The Color sealer is a film forming sealer that does not let vapors pass.  If water gets under the color sealer, the hydrostatic pressure will push up the color sealer, making it peel like the picture shows.  We can remove failed grout colorant with our hot water cleaning.

If someone tells you that it is not necessary to clean your grout before applying grout colorant/ color sealer, they are dead wrong and probably won't be in business in 3yrs.  It is very important your grout looks new before applying grout colorant/ color sealer, so the sealer sticks to the grout and not the contaminants in the grout.  

Bad Grout Repairs

We often find that someone did grout repairs without properly cleaning the grout.  They just guess what the color is.  We can cut out the wrong color and install the correct color grout, so you cannot tell where the repair was.

Grout removal/ Re-grouting- Before

Someone thought it was a good idea to grout over light beige grout with black grout.  What a mess!

Grout removal/ Re-grouting- After

We cut out all of the black grout and installed a light beige grout.  Next, we sealed the grout to help keep the grout light beige.  You can't even tell black grout was ever used.
